Jessica is amazing! From start to finish, we loved our entire experience with her. As we were shopping for wedding photographers, Jessica answered all our questions quickly and was never remotely pushy! Her online portal made it very easy to review the contract, make payments, etc. COVID made wedding planning a hot mess that eventually ended up being an elopement, but Jessica so graciously rolled with the punches and accommodated all the switches. On the wedding day itself she was in contact all morning, arrived early to the first location, and even helped with some small logistical stuff throughout the day. Given that we eloped (literally just bride and groom), I was a little worried about not having a right hand girl for the day. Jessica became the photographer and MOH all in one. It really felt like an old friend was spending the day with me. We had soooo much fun running around Charleston and taking pictures in all the best spots- she’s great with posing and making you feel comfortable in front of the camera! Most importantly- her photos are beautiful! She edits in a really clean, light, and airy way that makes everything look so timeless and classy. Ugh, I could go on and on. From the second you email me, you’re important. I'll respond to you within 24 hours and we can start talking about your needs and how I can meet them. We'll get to know each other over coffee, or a chat on the phone, or through email. However you want to communicate, I will get all your questions answered so you know we're a great fit!

MAKING IT OFFICIAL
Let's get your date on the calendar! To officially book, I just need a signed contract and a $1,000 non-refundable retainer. Then I'm yours, just like that.

WHILE YOU PLAN
Ask me all the questions. Need vendor recommendations? Want to know what you should wear to your engagement session? Curious how to plan the timing for photos throughout the day? I can help with all of that!

THE BIG DAY
You just be present; I’ve got the rest covered. This is it, your wedding day! After all the planning & dreaming, it's time to enjoy marrying your person! And because I take care of you from the beginning, I'm fully prepared to take on your wedding day without you worrying.
On wedding days, I am both hands-on and a fly on the wall. Different moments require different things. I like to watch the day as it happens and document, but when I see a moment for a perfect shot, I will step in to make sure everything comes together for that timeless image.

THE PHOTOS ARE READY
I know you are anxious to see those photos! This is why I always try to send you a preview the very next week! While you post those on social media and relive some of the day’s best moments, I’ll be working on your full gallery. You can expect that to arrive in your inbox within 6-8 weeks of your wedding day!
You will receive all of your images through an online gallery where you can download both high-resolution & web-friendly versions as well as share with friends and family. You can even order high-quality prints!

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Home for me is Charleston, SC but I travel quite a bit for weddings and shoots! Don't let distance keep us apart, collections with travel included are available.
DO I NEED A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
I shoot most of my weddings solo and feel very comfortable doing so. I offer second shooters as an add-on to any of my packages, but I don't think they are necessary for everyone! If you're having a larger wedding (150+ guests) and/or there are multiple locations in your day, then a second photographer may be helpful for your wedding. We can talk specifics about what might be better for your wedding!
DO YOU HELP US WITH OUR TIMELINE?
We can talk about your timeline at any point during your wedding planning, and I love helping you put these together! I'll make sure the photo logistics fit well with the timing of your day.
HOW LONG AFTER THE WEDDING WILL WE RECEIVE OUR IMAGES?
I know you are excited to see them and I am just as thrilled to get them to you! I will send you sneak peeks the week after your day while I work on the full gallery. I deliver your images in 6-8 weeks after your wedding, if not sooner! You will receive all digital files through an online gallery where you can share with friends and family as well as order prints if you wish.
HAVE YOU EVER SHOT AT OUR VENUE BEFORE? DOES THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
Even if I haven't shot at your specific venue, it doesn't matter - I promise! I travel and shoot at new places all the time! So I'm familiar with where I'll be shooting that day, I usually show up 30 or so minutes before my coverage time starts so I can scout locations for your first look, bridal party photos, family photos, etc.
WHAT IF MY FIANCé AND I ARE AWKWARD OR HATE TAKING PHOTOS?
I get this a lot! And I don't expect you two to know what to do in front of the camera. I give you just enough direction without disrupting the natural energy between you both.
DO YOU BACK UP OUR IMAGES AFTER OUR WEDDING DAY?
Yes, I do not mess around with this. As soon as I get home from your shoot, I back up to two separate external hard-drives and a storage cloud.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Oh yes, some venues require that I provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance). If so just let me know and I can get that to them asap.
CAN WE MEEt BEFORE I BOOK YOU?
It's always nice to put a face (or even a voice) to a name! If you are local to the Charleston area, I would be happy to sit down with you both over coffee. But I am always available for a phone or video chat!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS SHOULD WE DECIDE TO MOVE FORWARD?
I'm ready whenever you are! I'll send you a contract to review and a link to put down the $1,000 non-refundable retainer. Everything is online which makes it easy for all of us.
CAN I ADD ON ITEMS TO A PACKAGE AFTER I HAVE BOOKED?
Of course! You don't need every detail figured out so far in advance. The packages I give you can be added onto at any time during your planning process. Add-ons could be an extra hour or two for wedding coverage, a second photographer, an extra session, or an album.
